This is the Solo Leveling Arise Hunter Tier List of April 2025, excluding Sung Jin Woo. It will include an overall hunter tier list of the game, from SSR rarity to SR rarity.

It is also known as the character tier list. Listing all the characters/hunters of the Solo leveling game according to their overall performance: Damage, Unique Skills, Passive skills, weapons buff, and Advancement Tiers.

Hunter Tier List Criteria
Tiers | Explanation |
---|---|
![]() | Characters that are broken, and should be your Top Priority to have. |
![]() | Characters that are versatile and strong; Best of the best- Meta Characters. Must be in your team. |
![]() | Characters that are slightly inferior to S+, and can be of great use in the team, but they lack something. |
![]() | Characters that are strong and potential to be meta but lag behind, need a proper upgrade to be close to S Tier |
![]() | Average Characters, good to use as a replacement for the Top characters you don’t have. |
![]() | Characters that are just to fill the empty slot in the team could be of some use, but always be below Average. |
![]() | Mediocre or worse characters shouldn’t be used in-game, not even worth investing in. |
Solo Leveling: Arise Hunters
This is the Explanation of why I put these hunters on that particular tier: Damage, Buffs, Debuffs, Healing, Crowd control, Support ability, MP consumption, Passive Skills, and Weapons buffs were considered.
Advancement Tiers were also suggested. For example, if a certain Hunter is on the A-Tier list, could Advancement Tiers help them reach S-Tier?
SS-Tier Hunters
These are the very very important and best of the best characters and very best at their respective ability. They should be worth investing in, and clearing out the game seems easy if they are in your party.

These are meta characters and must be in your party. Though not as good as SS-Tiers but they can win even without the need of SS-Tiers. They are best at what they do, and with some investment, they won’t let you feel lagging behind.

S-Tier Hunters
They are slightly inferior to S+ Tiers, but can get the job done as they are good at their respective job. They will feel shy when playing higher-end missions. They need some decent investment and a few advancements at least.

A-Tier Hunters
These hunters require some heavy investment to be a total player. There are better characters, so you don’t have to look into them, but if you don’t have the right SSR characters, then you can use them.

B-Tier Hunters
These are starter characters only good at the beginning of the game, there are better characters that outclass them and have much better & powerful abilities.

C-Tier Hunters
These are below-average characters. They have some ability, but far better characters are out there compared to them; their presence seems insignificant. Their damage dealing ability is low.

D-Tier Hunters
Their damage seems ok on paper, but they are probably worse. Their ATK seems slow and won’t do much, not have any support or any good effect against enemies. Not worth investing in and not even worth considering for the team.
